Best VA Agencies to Work For: Real Estate

Real estate is one of the biggest markets for VAs: lead follow-up, listings, transaction paperwork and property management. These are the agencies we'd look at first for remote real estate roles, compared from the VA's side.

What the work looks like

Real estate VAs call and follow up with leads (often as an ISA), manage listings and the CRM, coordinate transactions from offer to closing, and support property managers with tenants and maintenance.

What to check before you apply

  1. Whether roles are calling (ISA, cold calling) or admin and transactions
  2. Whether they teach the US real estate basics you'll need
  3. The CRMs and tools in their job posts
  4. Reviews from people in real estate roles specifically

And never pay to apply: real agencies are paid by their clients. See how to spot a fake offer.

Questions people ask

Do I need real estate experience to be a real estate VA?

Not always. Strong admin or calling skills plus a willingness to learn the basics (MLS, listings, the transaction process) are often enough for entry roles. Transaction coordinator roles usually need experience.

What is an ISA in real estate?

An inside sales agent: the person who calls and follows up with leads and books appointments for the agents. Many real estate VAs work as ISAs.
